For custom software development, web development, and enterprise IT services, refunds are handled according to the specific service agreement or contract signed before project commencement. Generally:

  • Initial Deposits: Upfront deposits are non-refundable once the discovery phase, planning, or actual development work has begun.
  • Milestone Payments: Payments made upon the completion of agreed-upon milestones are non-refundable, as they represent accepted and delivered work.
  • Project Cancellation: If a project is cancelled by the client before completion, the client is responsible for paying for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

3. Subscriptions and SaaS Products

For our subscription-based services or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused time. If you experience technical issues that prevent you from using the service, please contact our support team for assistance, and exceptions may be made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Digital Products and Downloads

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital downloads (such as templates, plugins, or standalone software), these purchases are strictly non-refundable once the download link has been provided or the product has been accessed. Please ensure the product meets your requirements before purchasing.
